The more information we have, the more that we can help you to improve your agency's performance and increase its value.
To develop an accurate valuation (and evaluation), we’ll need to know a lot about your agency. Everything that you tell or send us will remain utterly confidential forever.
Our review and analysis will include:
- Agency financial statements for the past three years, current year to-date and projection for full year.
- Corporate documentation (Ownership, lines of credit, any debts or other liabilities, etc.).
- Client-related information (List of clients, tenure, project vs. ongoing/AOR, income and profitability by account, quality of relationships, accounts won/lost in past 2-3 years).
- Examples of creative work (and business results) across variety of media.
- Agency structure and staffing (Organization chart, owners’ roles and compensation, employee list with titles/salaries/bonuses, examples of estimates/creative briefs/client contracts, Intellectual Property and any proprietary services/systems/software).
- New business development (Strategy and execution, samples of presentations and responses to RFPs, other materials, account wins in past 2-3 years, current projections).
If something we ask for isn’t already available and would take a lot of time for you to prepare, please let us know before spending too much time on it. There’s a good chance that we can cover it verbally in a phone call at your convenience.
After we’ve analyzed this information, we’ll visit your agency to meet in-person with you and your senior team (individually and as a group) to add to our knowledge base and also facilitate alignment regarding the goals and expectations for this process.
