Based on your input and preferences, we will provide pricing for:
- Developing the free-standing Valuation Statement and presenting this to you via conference call.
- Developing the free-standing Evaluation Letter and presenting this to you via conference call.
- Developing the integrated package of Valuation Statement and Evaluation Letter and presenting these to you via conference call. This will provide a higher level of analysis, accuracy and usefulness to you.
- Presenting the Valuation Statement, Evaluation Letter or integrated package in-person at your agency with in-depth discussion of our findings and recommendations with the follow-up conference call to then take place sixty days later.
(The fee may depend somewhat upon how well organized and readily available your information will be, particularly the financials, for our review.)
50% is due not later than upon the start of work. The remaining 50% is due upon presentation of the Valuation Statement, Evaluation Letter or integrated package.
The client pays coach class travel for our in-person visit(s). This will be billed to you at our cost via expense reports with back-up.
The timing is approximately 3-6 weeks from your approval to proceed to the presentation depending upon which option you select and how quickly we can receive everything we need to do our job.
