One of our partners has been President/CEO of two well-regarded advertising agencies in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The other is a CFO-level financial executive with extensive agency experience (global, national and regional) and also is a licensed CPA with a Big Four background.
Second, while an agency’s financial performance is of primary importance to its valuation, we develop a more broadly-based assessment by gaining a much deeper understanding of the agency’s history, current circumstances and the factors impacting operating performance and growth prospects. For each one of fifteen key areas (e.g. – Vision/Purpose, Agency Differentiation, Management Team, Financial Systems & Controls, Client List, Culture, New Business Development and more), we can provide our detailed written evaluation and recommendations for improvements where needed.
Third, we’ve done this many times before. Collectively, we’ve developed 25 valuations for agencies across the United States and for a variety of purposes including internal and external sales.
